Do yourselves a favour and hire Michael to be your broker. He has blown my expectations out of the water both before signing up (doing all the maths) and during the process. We can't thank Michael from The Perth Mortgage Specialist enough. We put an offer on a block in a new development in April 2018, which unfortunately didn't settle until July 2019 due to issues with the developer. Throughout this entire time Michael kept in constant communication with us and after our initial finance approval lapsed due to the delay in titles being issued he continued to work hard to find us the best deal possible. This was the fourth time we have used a mortgage broker and Michael is hands down the most professional, efficient and responsive broker we have dealt with guiding us through every step and making the whole process so easy and stress free on our end.
